Bass Freaks sees a coming together of DJs to create a much needed alternative night in the centre of town.
Rastachaun DJs – Covert, Skinny, Rabhadh and Skeletor team up with Brand New Second Hand Girl for a night that wll have something for everyone.
The second floor will quench anyone’s thirst for some serious Drum and Bass and Dubstep. The first floor will provide music that suits everyone else with a mix of reggae, hip hop, indie and alternative.

It’s a battle of the cities on June 26th as DJ’s from Dublin take on the best that Cork’s got to offer in the Space54 Workshop Arts Centre. With the reputation of each city on the line

This Saturday it’s the first of Drumology’s sessions this month. Nick Fury (Spectrum, Dublin) headlines along with Belfast’s Point Blank & Digiac. Things kick off at 9pm in the Frontpage, Donegall St. and it’ll set you back a mere £6 to get in.
And then the lads do it all over again on the 19th with local legend Judge Dredd; along with Jim Morton, Digiac & Undadog.

Dundalk’s Rastachaun DJ’s will be playing in the Spiritstore this Friday (4th June). It’s free in and things kick off at 9pm. Expect quality Drum & Bass and Dubstep all night long.
The Spectrum lads have said goodbye to Kennedys and have moved to their new home in the Twisted Pepper. First up for them is Random Movement. With releases on such well respected labels as Bassbin, Innerground, Liquid V, CIA and Integral this will be one gig not to miss. Things kick off at 11pm on June 18th. Support on the night comes from Bad Operator & the Turntable Terrorwrists.
The Hertz-U Soundsystem lads present BBC 1xtra dj and all round drum and bass legend: Fabio. He’ll be playing in the Twisted Pepper basement this friday with suppport coming from Adapt 2 & Degree. The festivities kick off at 11pm.
