Physics is the production/DJ moniker for drum&bass producer/DJ and label owner Glenn Grip currently recording for Labels such as Metalheadz, Blindside, Fokuz, Jerona Fruits,Jerona Dubs, Telluric, Zen- Phuzion Recordings, Phuturistic Bluez, Planet Funk, MAC II/Subzero Recordings, Vibez Recordings and Vampire Records UK. He also runs Finland based label Midnight Sun Recordings , aswell as managing the digital download shop www.digital-tunes.net alongside companion William Coates. .He started producing late 90`s and it didn`t take long before his music was snapped up by international labels. Physics music has been supported by international DJ:s such as LTJ Bukem, Goldie, Randall, Storm, Nookie, Marcus Intalex, Marky&XRS, D-Bridge, Bryan Gee, Makoto and many more. Being a busy DJ aswell , Djing work have taken him to countries like Czech Rep, Sweden, Romania,Lithuania, Denmark, Russia, UK, Austria, Estonia to name but a few, playing the unique sounds of his deep drum&bass.

Currently on tour to promote his debut album “LIFE IN CYCLES” out now on his own label Midnight Sun Recordings, the tour has so far reached from St.Petersburg in Russia, passed by Stockholm&Gothenburg in Sweden, Essen in Germany, Helsinki, Finland and many more to come.

One of our favourite DnB producers here in IDNB Headquarters is, without a doubt, Seba and he’s playing in The Twisted Pepper, Dublin on Friday 15th of October. So who do we have to thank ? From his early tracks on LTJ Bukem’s ground-breaking label Good Looking Records to his recent debut LP ‘Return to Forever,’ Seba’s music has retained a timeless appeal and brings together beats and bass in classic style. Ethereal atmospheres, crisp breaks and sublime bass rhythms are hallmarks of a sound he has made his own, with releases across the very best labels including Metalheadz, Soul:r, Hospital and his own Secret Operations. Seba’s sound is distinctive, finely balanced and powerful and his DJ sets represent this to the fullest. The Hertz-U lads have reached a milestone in bringing Drum And Bass to Dublin: their 1st birthday. To celebrate they’ve got Metalheadz (amongst many others) producer & DJ: S.P.Y with MC Fats on microphone duty. It’s happening this friday (08/10/10) in The Twisted Pepper. Synergy, Fraher & Gookie will be supporting on the night so head on down and make sure you buy them a pint.

Its been a while since Andy C has been in Dublin and we don’t think he has been given 3 hours to play a set in Dublin before. But that will all change on the 16th of March. The whole thing will be hosted by the legendary MC GQ and support on the night comes from local lad: Fraher (174) @ The Think Tank.

Sound on the night comes courtesy of a 15k Funktion One sound system !

Neutronyx will be hosting the back room.
